What you'll do:
At SuperAwesome, Account Managers are responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and project-managing and executing kid-safe brand digital engagement campaigns across the SuperAwesome Platform, ensuring a world-class experience for customers.
You can expect ownership of your assigned accounts in the DACH region and will be joining a rapidly growing start-up team that has a lot of experience, a serious track record, and an awesome team atmosphere. You'll have a genuine opportunity to learn and grow, through real ownership and responsibility and hands-on mentorship from an experienced Senior Management team.
In this role, you will:
Manage a portfolio of clients/accounts in the DACH region - develop, maintain and expand positive relationships with existing agency / direct clients
Generate repeat & incremental business, acting as the point of contact for all live campaigns
Ensure expertise, excellence, and consistency in all aspects of campaign delivery: Client Management, briefing designers, creative and development, ad ops, performance optimisation, and reporting
Strategically counsel clients; develop effective and creative campaign strategies with a clear understanding of client objectives, KPIs, and targets
Work closely with our adops team on campaign optimisations, relaying relevant information to customers in an easy-to-understand and actionable manner
Own reporting and case study creation - showcase and share expertise within the Client Services and wider SA Global team, and present QBRs to strategic clients on a quarterly basis
Proactively identify new initiatives and tools to increase client excellence and cross-team collaboration
Who you are:
You have an unstoppable ability to develop and maintain key relationships with clients - they should be your biggest fans!
You should be a strong communicator, fluent in German and comfortable presenting both in-person and via Zoom
You’re a self-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your abilities to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients
You think logically and analytically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problem
You have a keen head for numbers and are confident manipulating data
