Overview
As a Senior Product Manager for SuperAwesome’s primary business line, this role will be responsible for key functionality in SuperAwesome’s flagship ad products for kid and teen audiences, AwesomeAds.
You’ll help build advertising solutions that make it economically possible for the internet to be safer for the next generation, with the possibility of developing other types of solutions that further our company mission in the future.

This is a rare role for a product professional versed in adtech looking for an opportunity that is both mission-oriented and high-impact.
Specific Responsibilities
Collaborate with your colleagues in the Ad Products business unit to develop, communicate, and execute the product roadmap for privacy-respecting tools across the AwesomeAds platform.
Collaborate effectively across functions at SuperAwesome, including Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure a holistic approach to product development and market positioning.
Manage and nurture relationships with partners that form part of our system and promote SuperAwesome as a trusted partner for youth audience advertising.
Guide the development of innovative measurement and other solutions, ensuring that they align with industry best practices, regulatory requirements and the unique requirements of youth audiences.
Guide the UX/UI design and development process for internal and external-facing tools.
Stay well-versed in privacy regulations, standards (e.g., COPPA, GDPR-K) and other market needs related to youth audiences and ensure that our tools stay ahead in the rapidly changing digital advertising ecosystem.
Practice end-to-end product management, owning the entirety of the product process from ideation to development to go-to-market, and a “win or learn” mentality.
Required Experience
Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including typical campaign goals, metrics, and objectives for agencies, advertisers, and publishers.
A demonstrable track record of prior success as a product manager, including data-informed decision making, hands-on work discovering and documenting product requirements, and indirectly leading cross-functional teams with clear and persuasive communication.
Solid understanding of ad tech tools and platforms, including front end components such as measurement and campaign trafficking dashboards.
Proven experience leading engineering teams to design, deliver and optimize new products
Key Skills
Ability to operate in a nimble start-up environment, with the ability to learn quickly and effectively collaborate with remote engineering colleagues to build solutions that answer client and market needs.
Fascinated by customer problems: shipping value to customers early and often, and having fun while doing it
A great communicator with the ability to clearly articulate the nature of problems and proposed solutions
Technically strong, with a good understanding of data- and software engineering principles
Strong collaboration skills with other functions such as tech, legal and business
An enthusiastic self-starter who can run activities autonomously, with the ability to toggle between attending to detail and understanding the bigger picture
A personable and trust-engendering relationship builder, great at working with internal and external partners, whether remote or face-to-face.
