What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced People Ops Coordinator to join our small yet dynamic People Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a variety of SuperAwesome’s business areas and bring previous experience in a similar role supporting a global business with the full employee lifecycle along with culture and engagement initiatives.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Facilitate seamless global onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a positive experience from day one and throughout their lifecycle.
Own and manage feedback gathering and data analysis of all employee lifecycle processes to ensure continuous improvement.
Manage global offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews, and providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Conducting Right-to-Work checks and coordinating with immigration advisors as needed.
Data Management:
Own the administration and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (We use BambooHR!)
Ensure data accuracy, generate regular reports, analyse metrics and trends and utilise HRIS capabilities to enhance HR processes.
Responsible for production and storage of employee related documentation, ensuring good record keeping and compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Contribute to the development and own the implementation of our People policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws, keeping policies up-to-date.
Payroll & Benefits:
Responsible for owning and administering benefits globally including monthly reports, on and offboarding, comms with the team and resolving queries.
Partner with Finance to support payroll globally and ensure data is correct and any queries are managed quickly.
Employee Communications:
Act as a point of contact for employees, offering support and resolving people-related queries.
Culture & Engagement:
Support both in-office and hybrid team activities to promote an engaging and inclusive culture
Essential experience:
Proven experience in HR advisory/administration roles.
Demonstrated experience managing HRIS systems effectively.
Keen eye for detail and experience working with and understanding data and using data to tell a story.
Previous experience working in a multinational business environment, ideally working with US-based teams.
Strong understanding of local and international employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
