The role:
As a Global Partnership Manager, you are responsible for building long term partnerships with SuperAwesome's most strategic brands & their agency partners in the US and EMEA. You will do this by creating and implementing best-in-class partnerships that get us closer to our customers to accelerate revenue growth, unlock new products/markets and lead to development of new solutions.
In this role, you will:
Build trust and collaboration with customers - Partner with Sales to actively cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our top customers through open communication, proactive engagement and addressing concerns promptly, all aimed at achieving shared goals and maximizing the partnership's success.
Be the voice of the customer within SuperAwesome - You will communicate frequently with Sales, Customer Strategy, Account Management and the rest of our multi-disciplinary team to make sure we’re all helping to drive customer outcomes through white glove service. You’ll provide transparency on customer happiness, partnership opportunities and risks to internal stakeholders to ensure they are properly informed of any potential impacts or support needed.
Own the outcome - Despite complexity or challenges, you’ll ensure that we’ve brought customers our best marketing program launches and operations. You’ll meet the daily needs of coordinating the customer with internal teams like Sales, Customer Strategy, Account Management, Research, Influencer Marketing (SA Creators), SA Gaming, Marketing and Product. The outcome will be customer renewal, growth and happiness, as well as scaled, smooth, innovative programs which drive SuperAwesome’s mission.
Own the plan - Partner with internal teams to determine the time and people necessary to see projects through to completion as part of our customer partnerships. Build and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure successful delivery of our customer-facing partnership obligations for a subset of our most strategic clients.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has worked in fast-paced environments in the roles of client relationship management, integrated marketing and customer success. We need someone to lead through customer-centricity, default to action, identify potential challenges in the relationship and craft proactive solutions. Our ideal candidate must be self motivated and highly collaborative.
What You'll Do
Drive happiness, renewal and growth for SuperAwesome's most strategic brand customers and their agencies.
Act as a first responder for the customer’s needs, and collaborate with internal teams to organize and resolve issues.
Manage global partnership revenue and benefit tracking for our JBP and strategic accounts
Develop and execute global communication strategies to engage top strategic clients monthly, showcasing the value of our partnership and driving impactful business outcomes.
Develop partnership frameworks, best practices and processes for managing complex partnerships that deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Manage the successful fulfillment of our annual global partnership commitments
Manage strategic customer business reviews, garner and action on partnership feedback.
Maintain a pulse on customer feedback, orchestrate prompt and proper resolution of project challenges, and provide meaningful feedback to respective SuperAwesome teams to improve customer’s experiences.
Collaborate in high-impact strategic client meetings, contributing valuable insights and shaping long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Support the creation of compelling presentation materials for top-tier strategic accounts, helping to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure new opportunities.
Lead the RFP process for our top accounts, working closely with the Global Accounts VP to manage the deliverables, follow-ups and ultimately ensure that we are building winning proposals that drive business growth.
Manage the sales cycle for JBP accounts in Salesforce, ensuring seamless progress from submission to closure with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Have a SuperAwesome product knowledge base to support customer questions and know when/who to loop in for additional expertise given your strong internal relationships.
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience in consulting, account management, customer success, media agencies and/or client relations.
You have a clear understanding of marketing goals and KPIs. It’s a bonus if you’ve been an in-house marketer at a brand too.
You have experience working with external partners and you have the ability to navigate large organizations, work cross-functionally, and build meaningful contacts with decision-makers.
Your love of checklists is palpable and you have project management prowess.
You move fast, are focused on delivering results, and have a track record of retaining and growing key customers.
Customer-centric, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative.
Ability to creatively solve problems in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
Excellent presentation, communication, influencing, sales and business development skills.
You are self-motivated with a bias toward action; you won’t be afraid to step in when needed.

Benefits
Competitive pay including equity and a salary range of $100,000-$120,000 for New York City and $85,000-$115,000 for Chicago
20 days holiday + 10 public holidays + Winter Break.
Family Leave including 20 weeks of fully paid leave for employees who are Primary Caregivers and 8 weeks of fully paid leave for employees who are Secondary Caregivers.
30 day sabbatical for employees who have reached 7 years tenure.
