What you'll do:
At SuperAwesome, Customer Analytics Managers are at the forefront of our data driven strategy, identifying and building audience personas. Leveraging a diverse set of data inputs, you will work with internal teams to analyze and plan campaign strategies, optimizations, as well as product developments. Customer Analytics Managers work alongside our Sales team to interface with our customers - brands and agencies alike - to help refine and strengthen audience strategies, driving higher performing campaigns by reaching the right youth audiences across all digital channels.
In this role, you will handle:
- Audience Segmentation:
Utilize AI tools to develop and refine audience segments, ensuring precision in targeting and personalization.
Analyze demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data to create detailed audience profiles for Gen Alpha and Gen Z
- Data Presentation and Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients, showcasing the effectiveness of customer’s marketing strategies.
In coordination with our Account Management team, monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
Highlight the impact of data-driven decisions on campaign outcomes and overall marketing performance.
- Market Intelligence:
Analyze market research to stay abreast of industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscape.
Translate research findings into strategic insights that inform marketing tactics and client recommendations.
- Strategy development and implementation:
Work closely with product and sales teams to align audience data and performance with business objectives and client needs.
Support presales teams by providing data-driven insights and audiences that enhance client pitches and proposals.
Who you are:
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in audience strategy analytics, data analysis, or related roles. Skilled in customer-facing settings.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices, especially with a focus in gaming.
Excellent data driven communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Experience with AI tools for audience segmentation and data analysis is a plus.
