General Manager, Creators & Gaming
As we continue to work with the world’s most iconic youth brands to help them find their audience, we are looking for a business unit leader who is passionate about and expert in all things youth (kids and teens), creators, gaming and community. We have big ambitions and need a commercially oriented leader responsible for leading scaled revenue growth and business unit profitability alongside our team of in-house experts.
Key Responsibilities
Own the P&L of the BU, driving growth and profitability in-line with company financial goals.
Drive revenue pipeline management and forecasting to maintain visibility into revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with Sales Leadership and global sales teams to become the industry leading Subject Matter Expert in all things creators, gaming and community to drive revenue generation.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive Creators BU revenue from each market (NA, UK, DACH, FR and other territories), driving global cohesion and managing for regionalized needs.
Personally build and nurture strategic partnerships with key senior and executive stakeholders within partners, brands and agencies necessary for the commercial success of the BU.
Lead, mentor and manage the development and performance of the BU team including pre-sales strategists, delivery managers and partnerships lead.
Support our Product teams in deploying tools and data-forward solutions to drive BU revenues and improve operating efficiency.
Provide regular updates to the Exec Team on revenue performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Work closely with Exec and Finance to design and execute the annual operating plan, including company objectives, budget development and revenue planning. Operate within agreed annual budgets.
In collaboration with Product Marketing, create materials, train, coach and otherwise support the sale of your BUs’ features and products.
Partner with Policy and Legal to ensure all execution represents the best-in-class approach to youth safety and compliance.
Leverage deep understanding of the creators and gaming youth ecosystem to inform business models, product positioning, and growth strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, leveraging insights to inform business models and competitive positioning.
Maintain a strong network across relevant customers, partners, vendors, and industry bodies.
