Interviewing at SuperAwesome
We tailor all our interview processes to suit the specific role and hiring criteria.
You will have a dedicated recruiter during your interview process.
They'll meet you to kick-off the process, finding out more about you, your skills as well as your expectations. They will then guide you through the process and provide all the information and support you may need.
Additionally, if for personal reasons you need changes made to the interview process, they will be able to facilitate this.
What you can expect:
- Recruiter Screen - 15-30 minutes
- Hiring Manager Interview 30-45 minutes
- 2nd Stage Interview - Stakeholder focus
- 3rd Stage Interview - Overall assessment including cultural fit
For Technical positions, you can also expect the inclusion of a Technical Task - this will be a take home task and we'll pre-define timelines for completion.

Applying for a role with us
After you apply for a role with us, a dedicated member of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team for the specific role will assess your application.
Make sure your CV is up to date and aligned with your profile on other platforms such as LinkedIn. If you 'Apply with LinkedIn', make sure your most-recent CV is saved on the system!
Cover letters aren't mandatory, but if you feel that you'd like to attach one to breakdown your experience, then please go head!
Should we want to proceed, you'll be contacted by our awesome TA team who will set up a time with you for an introductory chat. You don't need to prepare anything specific for this, but you can expect questions about your experience related to the specific role you applied for!
